Below are the policies and processes that allow TC to operate fairly, efficiently and consistently. 

The TC Community operates on the assumption that all members will treat one another with a high level of respect.  This standard is applied equally regardless of the person’s age or role within the school and is referred to as our “One Person Policy”. 

TC has the behavioural expectations of a well-functioning home, workplace or tertiary institution, which ensures a positive working environment for all and supports students to maximise their learning.

As an open community we welcome discussion and debate on any policy or procedure.
